28 cm (11 in), 18/10 stainless, uncoated, oven safe to 230 °C (446 °F), made in Germany, with an interior measuring scale. A scale inside a frying pan is unusual and genuinely useful: reducing a sauce to a volume rather than to a guess.

A seal listed by diameter can still be the wrong profile. A part number cannot. On a vessel that holds pressure, that is the level of identification you want, and this is the only seal in that hub that gives one.
