What we would actually buy The basket and the signal are real. At this price, the absence of a single published pressure or temperature is the gap.
What you are getting
A 6 liter stainless pressure cooker with a Quickturn lid mechanism, a cooking signal, and a steaming basket included.
The lid mechanism
A quarter turn rather than clamping handles. It is a genuine convenience, and what matters underneath it is unchanged: the lid must lock, and it must not open under pressure.
The basket
Included, which not every cooker offers, and it widens what the pot does — pressure steaming, and ordinary steaming with the lid unlocked.
What is not published
No pressure, no temperature, no dimensions, no thicknesses. For the most expensive cooker in this hub that is a thin sheet, and the figures that govern cooking times are all in the manual rather than on the page.
Availability
Listed but with no offer on the American Amazon store — the reference exists there and nobody is currently selling it.
Prices and availability are what Keepa reported on the date this page was updated; both move.

The questions that come in
Why does a cooking signal matter?
It tells you the cooker has reached pressure, which is when the timer starts and the heat comes down. Without one you are guessing, and guessing means either undercooking or venting steam for twenty minutes.
What is the steaming basket for?
Cooking food above the water rather than in it — vegetables, fish, potatoes — inside the pressure cooker. It also works as an ordinary steamer with the lid unlocked.

Specifications: the manufacturer sheet for cookware and kitchen knives and the matching Amazon product page. Prices and availability: Keepa. Every figure on this page names its source.
18 cm (7.1 in) · 18/10 stainless · 1.0 mm (0.04 in) wall, 5.0 mm (0.20 in) total base · automatic pressure regulation · safety valve and lid-rim relief · TÜV tested
The only cooker here that publishes its wall and base thicknesses — 1.0 mm (0.04 in) and 5.0 mm (0.20 in) — with automatic pressure regulation, a safety valve, lid-rim relief and a stated TÜV test.
Best for: One or two people, and anyone who wants the construction figures published.
A stainless cooker sold on its mechanisms rather than its numbers: a shielded safety valve, a pressure-locked lid, and a gasket the maker states is long-lasting.
Best for: Someone who knows the brand and wants the mechanism rather than a specification sheet.
