What we would actually buy The stable base is the useful feature. The tooth manufacture — etched or stamped — is what the listing does not say.
What you are getting
A four-sided box grater 22.9 cm (9 in) tall in 18/0 stainless, with a stainless handle and a non-slip base.
The base
The feature that matters. A grater that stays put needs less downward force, and less force is what keeps knuckles away from the teeth.
The specification nobody publishes
Whether the teeth are photo-etched or stamped. Etched teeth are chemically cut, stay sharp for years and slice cleanly; stamped teeth tear and flatten. Only one grater in this hub publishes it, and it is not this one.
The four faces
Realistically two get used — coarse and fine. The slicing face on most box graters is one nobody trusts, and the fine face clogs.

What we rate, and what we do not
Strengths
Publishes the alloy — 18/0 — which almost no grater does
A non-slip base, which is what stops knuckles reaching the teeth
A stainless steel handle rather than plastic, which is where a cheap grater gives way
Compromises
Does not say whether the teeth are etched or stamped, which is the specification that matters
18/0 is magnetic and slightly less corrosion-resistant than 18/10
Four faces, of which most people use two

The questions that come in
Etched or stamped — how do I tell?
Photo-etched teeth are chemically cut and look uniform and razor-edged; stamped teeth are punched and show a slight burr. Etched teeth cut for years; stamped ones tear and flatten.
Does a non-slip base really matter?
A grater that skids needs more force, and force is what puts knuckles on the teeth. It is the most useful safety feature on the tool.
