What you are getting

Seven stainless steel tools in a carrying case, with every length published:

Spatula 14 in (with a bottle opener) · fork 13.5 · skewers 13.5 · brush 13.5 · knife 13.5 · tongs 13.5. Case: 14.5 × 1.75 × 5.5 in.

The only set here that measures every piece

Length is the specification this shelf turns on — Taimasi argues that long handles let you cook “from a safe distance” and publishes no figure at all — and six of the eleven listings give no length whatsoever.

Home-Complete gives seven.

Thirteen and a half to fourteen inches is a sensible working length: longer than the 12-inch GRILLHOGS, shorter than XUDAKAIXIN’s 24, and about what GrillPro’s 15 offers.

Three dollars thirty-one a piece

Only Taimasi’s thirty-four-piece bundle is cheaper, at $0.95.

A knife and skewers, which few sets include

The knife is unusual on a grill set and genuinely useful — for checking a joint, splitting a sausage, slicing a steak at the board.

The skewers at 13.5 inches are a second cooking method in the box. Only Taimasi also has them.

And a bottle opener on the spatula

Three sets here have one: this, Alpha Grillers (on the spatula) and OXO (on the tongs).

What is not published

No steel grade, where GRILLHOGS publishes 18/0. No handle material — the case and the steel are named, the grips are not. No dishwasher statement, which five sets here make. No blade thickness. No warranty.

The questions that come in

Why do the published lengths matter?

Because length is the safety specification on a grill tool and most of this shelf will not tell you. Taimasi makes the argument explicitly — long handles let you "cook your meat from a safe distance without worry of getting burned" — and publishes no figure. Six of the eleven listings here give no length at all, including the one called "Extra Long". Home-Complete publishes seven: spatula 14 in, and fork, skewers, brush, knife and tongs at 13.5 in. That is a sensible working length — enough to keep your knuckles off a gas grate, short enough to control. The two extremes here are GRILLHOGS at 12 in, which puts your hand roughly over the coals on a charcoal kettle, and XUDAKAIXIN at 24, which is a specialist reach.

Is a knife useful on a grill set?

More than the fork it comes with, and only two sets on this shelf include one. The 13.5-inch knife is for the things that happen at the grill rather than at the board: splitting a sausage to check it, cutting into the thickest part of a thigh, slicing a rested steak where it stands. The fork is the traditional piece and the one most cooks stop using, because a fork punctures meat and lets the juice out — tongs do the same job without the hole. The skewers are the quietly valuable item: 13.5 inches of steel skewer is a whole second cooking method in the box, and only Taimasi also supplies them among these eleven listings.

Can it go in the dishwasher?

The listing does not say, and the reason it cannot be inferred is that the handle material is never published. The steel is named ("material: stainless steel") and the case is measured, and the grips are not described at all. That matters because the handle decides it: wood must be hand washed — Anmarko states "handwash only" for exactly that reason — PVC softens (GrillPro), and stainless steel handles take a machine without complaint (Amazon Basics). Five sets on this shelf state dishwasher safety: Alpha Grillers, Amazon Basics, XUDAKAIXIN, Taimasi and BLACKSTONE. Until you can see the handles, wash these by hand — it is the instruction that cannot be wrong.
