What you are getting
A 16 cm (6.3 in) uncoated Cromargan 18/10 saucepan holding 1.5 liters, 7.5 cm (3 in) high, stated oven safe to 250 °C (482 °F) and matched to a 14.5 cm (5.7 in) hob ring.
The published figures
Volume, height, oven limit and ring diameter. That is four numbers more than most listings in this category, and each one answers a real question — how much it holds, whether it fits your ring, whether it can go in the oven.
Uncoated in a saucepan
Nothing to wear out, dishwasher safe without worry, and safe at 250 °C (482 °F) in an oven. In exchange, milk and sauces need a gentler ring and a stir, because there is no coating buffering the metal.
The lid
Not included, and worth buying. A lid brings water to the boil faster and stops a sauce reducing when you did not want it to.

The questions that come in
Does the 14.5 cm (5.7 in) ring figure matter?
It tells you the pan is matched to a small ring. Put it on a large one and the flame or field reaches up the sides, which wastes heat and can scorch the walls.
Can milk be heated in uncoated stainless?
Yes, on lower heat and with attention. Milk scorches when the metal is much hotter than the liquid, so a gentler ring and a stir are what a coating would otherwise do for you.

16 cm (6.3 in) milk pan · 3 mm (0.12 in) cast aluminum base · stone-effect nonstick · pouring rim · cool-touch handle
The cheapest pan in this hub and the only one that publishes its base thickness: a stated 3 mm (0.12 in) cast aluminum base, with a drip-free pouring rim.
Best for: Milk, sauces and single portions, where scorching is the enemy.
16 cm (6.3 in) · Crominox 18/10 · interior measuring marks · wide pouring rim · dishwasher safe · no lid
An uncoated 16 cm (6.3 in) stainless saucepan with measuring marks inside and a wide pouring rim — the two features that make a small pan pleasant rather than merely adequate.
Best for: Sauces, custards and anything measured by volume.
